Registration is now open for our 2024 Winter Conference, to be held on Monday, December 16 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. This business session over Zoom will feature elections for Provincial Executive Committee and consideration of the 2025 Provincial Budget.

Additionally, we will be holding two pre-conference Zoom meetings. On Sunday, December 8 from 7-8 p.m. there will be an orientation session for new Provincial Delegates led by the Provincial Coordinator. On Thursday, December 12, from 6-7 p.m. there will be a walk-through of the proposed 2025 budget with the Provincial Treasurer. Information on both of these sessions, including the Zoom link, will be emailed to provincial delegates using information provided by their diocese.

Please register for the conference at province1.org/register. All voting will be conducted by the delegates (elected by diocesan convention) and bishops of Province 1. Provincial ministry leaders and guests are welcome to attend the conference to learn more about regional ministry in the Episcopal Church in New England.

A delegate information packet, including the proposed budget and the election slate for the Provincial officers and executive committee at-large member, will be emailed to Provincial delegates and during the first week in December.
