How We Meet

We meet in ministry networks, through gatherings of the Provincial Conference, and through topical gatherings on Zoom and in-person.

The Conference of the Province consists of the House of Delegates (lay and clergy delegates elected during their diocesan conventions) and the House of Bishops. In addition to meetings of the provincial Bishops, there are annual Conference gatherings of all the provincial bishops, delegates and executive committee; in many years there are more than one of these gatherings. For the past several years these gatherings have occured online; as conditions and opportunities allow we hope to gather as a Provincial Conference in-person again soon. The Executive Committee, elected by the Conference, meets monthly on the 4th Thursday of each month at 6 p.m. over Zoom. Contact the provincial coordinator for more information about these meetings.
