Our signs say “The Episcopal Church Welcomes You,” which is often more of an aspiration than a reality for many of us. This month, the Formation Network’s “Conversations with Noted Speakers” is welcoming the Rev. Kit Wang, former President of the Province, to help us expand our welcome to our Trans and Gender non-conforming siblings in Christ, especially the young people in our churches.
